Privacy Policy

MagicRouter Studio, operated by Superex USA Inc. ("MagicRouter", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and your rights. It applies to our website, mobile apps (iOS / Android), and related services.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address (email/password registration or Google Sign-In).
• Content you provide: prompt text, images and videos you upload, and the media you generate (saved to your creations library and hosted on Alibaba Cloud VOD so you can access your work).
• Technical data: IP address, device identifier / fingerprint, app version, access time and usage counts (used for anti-abuse, security and service optimization).
• Purchase data: handled by Stripe (web) or by Apple App Store / Google Play via RevenueCat (in-app). We never receive or store your card number or CVV.
• Local storage: free-trial counts, subscription status, language preference and workflow drafts are stored in your device/browser; this is not uploaded to our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate and improve the AI creation services.
• Process subscriptions, renewals and refunds.
• Troubleshoot, secure and optimize performance.
• Send essential service notices by email (not marketing spam).

3. How We Share With Third Parties

We share only the data necessary to deliver the service:

• AI model providers — to generate your results we send your prompts and uploaded media to: Alibaba Cloud DashScope (Qwen / Wan), a third-party Seedance aggregation gateway (Doubao Seedance 2.0), OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude.
• Alibaba Cloud VOD — hosting of uploaded and generated media.
• Payments — Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple and Google process subscription transactions.
• Cloudflare — CDN and access logs (IP, user agent, path), retained for a limited period.

Beyond the above, we do not sell your data and do not share it with any third-party advertising or marketing companies. We do not use third-party ad tracking or cross-app tracking.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Prompts / generated results: retained by model providers under their own policies (typically ~30 days).
• Payment records: retained by payment processors as required for tax and anti-fraud purposes.
• Account & data deletion: you can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app ("Delete account"), or by emailing superexusa@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use your device/browser local storage for language preference, free-trial counters and workflow drafts. We do not use third-party tracking cookies and do not integrate Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar trackers.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Wherever you are, you have the right to: access a copy of your data; delete your account and data; correct inaccurate information; object to specific processing; and opt out of marketing (we do not send marketing by default). To exercise these rights, email superexusa@gmail.com.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfer

Because we use DashScope International (Singapore) and Cloudflare (global edge), your data may be processed in Singapore, the United States, the EU and other regions. All transfers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
